  • I Purchased my Sunday Tickets in Advance

    We’re pleased to confirm that the refund for your Sunday ticket(s) and handling fee is being processed.

    This will be refunded back to the credit or debit card used at the point of purchase within the next few weeks. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

  • I Purchased my Sunday Tickets with Circuit Parking / Park & Ride in advance

    We’re pleased to confirm that the refund for your Sunday ticket(s), Sunday Circuit Parking/Park & Ride and handling fee is being processed.

    This will be refunded back to the credit or debit card used at the point of purchase within the next few weeks. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

  • I Purchased my Weekend Tickets in Advance

    We’re pleased to confirm that you will receive a refund for the Sunday of your Weekend ticket(s).

    You are being refunded the full face value of your Sunday ticket(s) at the time of purchase and handling fee. 

    This will be refunded back to the credit or debit card used at the point of purchase within the next few weeks. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

  • I Purchased my Weekend Tickets with Circuit Parking in advance

    We’re pleased to confirm that you will receive a refund for the Sunday of your Weekend ticket(s).

    You are being refunded the full face value of your Sunday ticket(s) at the time of purchase, Sunday Circuit Parking / Park and Ride and handling fee. 

    This will be refunded back to the credit or debit card used at the point of purchase within the next few weeks. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

  • I Purchased a ticket / upgrade / circuit parking On The Day

    We are pleased to confirm that you will receive a refund for your ticket(s) following the cancellation of the 2018 GoPro British Grand Prix MotoGP™.

    To enable your refund to be processed, please follow the instructions below.

    As a reminder, if you purchased a Sunday ticket(s), you will receive a refund. If you purchased a weekend ticket(s) you will receive a refund for the full face value of your Sunday ticket(s) at the time of purchase. You will also receive a refund for your Sunday Circuit Parking.

    How to claim your refund

    1. Your proof of purchase is your physical ticket(s) and parking receipt.
    2. Write your surname next to the serial number on the front and reverse of the ticket(s).
    3. Scan/photograph both the front and back of each ticket and the parking receipt. It is important that your serial number in pink on the back is visible.
    4. Email this to motogp@silverstone.co.uk using the email subject line ‘ON THE DAY PROOF OF PURCHASE {SURNAME}’
    5. Retain the hard copy for your records.

  • I purchased Circuit Parking separately to my tickets prior to the event

    We’re pleased to confirm that the refund for your Sunday Circuit Parking/Park & Ride and handling fee is being processed.

    This will be refunded back to the credit or debit card used at the point of purchase within the next few weeks. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

  • I didn't purchase my tickets through Silverstone directly, I purchased my tickets through a Third Party Agent

    We recommend you contact the ticket agent you used to purchase your tickets as they are the team handling your booking. Please contact your point of purchase with your order number and they’ll be able to take it from there.

    Examples of third party agents are: bookmoto.com, motogp.com

     

  • I purchased a Hospitality Package
