DUNLOP MSA BRITISH TOURING CAR CHAMPIONSHIP

Expect plenty of bumper bashing fireworks as the UK’s premier race series – the Dunlop British Touring Car Championship – reaches its critical point right here at Silverstone.

As the hugely popular championship’s penultimate round the title race will be reaching its thrilling conclusion and, with so much at stake, fans can expect plenty of fender bending action. This year’s BTCC grid features several long-running rivalries (step forward Jason Plato and Matt Neal!) plus a growing number of young protagonists all trying to make a name for themselves.

Sunday’s busy programme includes no fewer than three action-packed BTCC highlights as well as a full programme of equally entertaining support races.

The National Circuit

The National Circuit is the shortest Silverstone race configuration, but that doesn't mean it lacks racing heritage. It's home to the BTCC and Walter Hayes Trophy.

• Where can I park overnight?

  There is no overnight parking at the circuit. Car parks close at 10pm.

• How much does it cost to park?

  Parking is free at this event.

• What time do car parks open?

  Opening times vary depending on event and are open until 10pm.

• Where is the nearest train station?

  Silverstone is situated between 3 stations: Northampton, Milton Keynes and Banbury. They are all roughly 30 minutes from the circuit.

• Where can I park?

  There are free general parking areas surrounding the site.

• Can I get in to the Pit and or Paddock area?

  Yes, there is free paddock access at this event.

• How do I get to Silverstone?

Ticket Information

• What is a Roving Grandstand ticket?

  A Roving Grandstand ticket gives you access to a selection of grandstands at the circuit and allows you to choose your seat in any of these grandstands on a first come, first served basis.

• When do tickets for this event go off sale?

  Timings will vary for each event, please see the individual event Overview tab for more details.

• How much are tickets on the gate?

  On The Day prices will be released on the Book Now pages closer to the event.

• What age do you have to be to be classed as a child?

  15 years and under

• Do children need a ticket?

  Children under 15 are free for all events excluding the MotoGP and Formula One™. All children 15 years and under need a ticket, even if their ticket is free. One adult can accompany up to maximum four children.

• When will my tickets be despatched?

  Ticket despatch starts 2-4 weeks before the given event.

Accommodation

• Do I need to purchase a Parking Pass if I have a Camping ticket?

  No. Parking in close proximity to the campsite is covered within the cost of the ticket.

• Can I camp at Silverstone Circuit?

  There is camping available at select events, please see individual event page for details.
