Overview

Advance ticket sales for the event will close at midnight on Saturday 5 August. Tickets will then be available when you arrive at the gates.

Europe’s Biggest & Best Ford Festival, Ford Fair, will be taking place at the famous Silverstone circuit on Sunday 6th August 2017.

Packed with over 4,000 club cars, concours, performance stunt cars and the cream of the crop project cars from Fast Ford and Classic Ford Magazine, it’s an event not to be missed!

Year after year Ford Fair receives a massive amount of support from clubs across the UK and Europe, cars pack into every available inch of Silverstone for your viewing pleasure. Expect an incredible turnout featuring everything from immaculate restored classics to the very latest performance and modified motors.

Plus, non-stop Ford action on the Silverstone circuit and a whole day of demos and stunts from some of the most famous names in the business. It’s a Blue Oval overload for the serious Ford fan.

Ford Concours Competition
The UK’s premier Ford Concours Competition will return to Ford Fair 2017. The success of last years competition located in the renowned Silverstone Paddock means that 2017 is already set to be one of the best Concours yet.

Display Tickets
If you’re not part of a club and have a Ford, you can still be part of the show! You can purchase an Individual Display ticket which allows you display your car in our dedicated Non-Club Paddock Area.

Drive The Track
If you’ve always wanted to take to the famous Silverstone National Circuit, you can take your own car out on track! We have sessions throughout the day to suit all abilities: Notice, Intermediate & advance.

Classic Ford
Ford Fair is for Blue Ovals of all ages, but there is a dedicated area celebrating all things classic Ford.

Show & Shine Competition
The Show & Shine competition brings together the best examples of the UK car scene and will return to Ford Fair 2017!

Retail Village
Packed full of specialist Ford car parts, a range of clothing and souvenirs from t-shirts to keyrings, and second hand parts.

Car Displays
Car Clubs have been at the heart of Ford Fair, and 2017 will be no different.

  • Where can i find out more about disabled accessibility?

    As part of our commitment to make the show accessible to all we will provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with 1 free ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant (PA).

    You will need to provide a copy of your most recent Personal Independence Payment form (PIP) showing your current entitlement and your ‘blue badge’ if car parking is required. On arrival at the show please liaise with the staff on the gates when presenting your entry ticket.

    No, not for this event.

  • Where does my ticket entitle me to go/ what are the ticket options?

    A show entry ticket allows access to all parts of the show; Club Displays, Themed Ford Displays, Retail Village, Concours Competition and any show displays. To take part in a tracktime session or to purchase a passenger ride there is an extra charge. For details of these please visit the Ford Fairs website.

  • Are there any cash machines on site?

    Yes, located inside the Paddock Diner.

  • can you purchase silverstone merchandise at the event?

    Yes, Silverstone shops sell a variety of merchandise! The Paddock Shop will be open during the Ford Fair event. Alternatively buy online in advance to avoid disappointment!

  • CAN YOU PURCHASE SUNCREAM/ BATTERIES/ PLASTERS FILMS/ CAMERAS/ EMERGENCY MEDICINES ETC AT THE EVENT

    Yes, Silverstone merchandise shops sell these essential items! Please download the event map (closer to the event) to locate these shop locations.

  • can i use my push bike around the circuit

    Bikes can sometimes be used at the circuit though they are not advised at this event as the circuit is too busy.

  • CAN I LEAVE THE CIRCUIT AND RE-ENTER IN ONE DAY?

    Yes, this is possible; please ensure the staff at the gate stamps your hand as you leave the circuit. Re-entry to the site will only be permitted if the person has their hand stamped and is in possession of a valid ticket for the event. Please review the timetable to check last re-entry times each day.

  • CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?

    Two children aged 14 and under are FREE with each paying adult. Additional children are priced at £5 each. Tickets can be purchased online at www.fordfair.co.uk.

  • Can i buy a ticket on the gate?

    Yes you can. We highly recommended buying in advance to avoid disappointment and in order to gain the best ticket prices.

  • Which credit/debit cards do you accept?

    We accept most major credit and debit cards with the exception of Diners Club cards.

  • WHERE CAN BLUE BADGE HOLDERS PARK?

    We do have a disabled parking area inside the circuit. On arrival, please report to the ticket collection point and show your blue badge to be given a vehicle pass.

  • where can i park/travel options?

    To ensure your visit to Silverstone runs as smoothly as possible please ensure you leave plenty of time for your journey and to make the most of your day.

    Parking on site is free, please follow signs for public parking. Once you enter the venue please take the directions from our car parking stewards.

    The nearest mainline train stations are Milton Keynes and Northampton. Please check connecting bus services in order to ensure you can connect to Silverstone at a convenient time. Alternatively a taxi journey is a short ride to Silverstone from these stations. Approx 30mins.

    Delays can be expected due to heavy traffic on the A43, on the slip roads and the Dadford Road between 7:00am to 11:00am and 4:00pm to 7:00pm. We would advise if you are travelling at these times, that you leave plenty of time for your journey.

  • What time do car parks open?

    Car parks open up to half an hour before Circuit Gate Opening Times. Please note that this is subject to change.

  • Where can i park overnight?

    Unfortunately Silverstone does not offer overnight parking in its car parks and public car parks will be closed overnight.

  • HOW CAN I PURCHASE CAMPING TICKETS?

    Weekend tickets are priced at £37 and include entry to Ford Fair and one nights camping on Saturday 5 August.

  • Food & Drink

    We have a wide range of vendors around the circuit for all tastes. We have traditional hot snacks such as burgers, fish & chips, jacket potatoes and pies to paninis, baguettes and vegetarian food – but we’re sure you’ll find numerous other options that are very tempting indeed. There are also a number of licensed bars serving beer and other refreshments. Please kindly note that no glass bottles are allowed to be brought into the circuit at any time. You will be asked to leave any glass bottles at the gates if you do bring them.

  • SILVERSTONE POLICY STATEMENT ON ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

    Silverstone Circuits Ltd and the police have a zero tolerance policy to illegal substances. The dealing in or use of illegal drugs is not condoned by Silverstone Circuits Ltd. Drug enforcement laws are as applicable on site as anywhere else in the country. Police officers and security guards will be on site and will deal with drug offences in accordance with national guidelines. Neither anti-social nor illegal behaviour will be tolerated. You may be searched at the entrance. Any items which the organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated. Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and / or offensive activities onsite may be searched. If you do get caught you will be escorted off the site, and refused re-admission.
