A proactive member of the Contact Centre team who offer a 7 day service with the responsibility of meeting individual and department targets in a sales focused and customer centric manner.

37.5 hours per week with an early, late evening and weekend rota
Salary:
£15,550 + commission OTE £20k + benefits
The Role:

Knowledge and Skills

  • -Previous 'soft sell'/'up sell' role experience essential
  • -Outstanding telephone and customer handling skills
  • -Good written and calculation skills
  • -Proficient user of Windows packages (Word/Excel) and internet.

  • -Enjoys relating to customers and is a reliable team player
  • -Ambitious and driven to pursue a career in Sales
