Silverstone World Superbikes: last chance to make the most of ‘Early Bird’ ticket prices

- ‘Early Bird’ offer available until 12 noon, Tuesday 23 July
- Kids go free*

As Silverstone prepares to host the British round of the FIM Superbike World Championship (SBK) in two weeks’ time (02 – 04 August), fans are being encouraged to make the most of the Northamptonshire circuit’s ‘Early Bird’ ticket prices before the offer comes to a close at 12 noon on Tuesday 23 July. While admission for children is free in non-reserved seats*, the ‘Early Bird’ offer presents savings against on the day prices of up to £35 on Weekend Tickets and £18 on Race Day tickets.

With just one more round before the series heads to Silverstone, Britain’s Tom Sykes currently leads the Championship, with Irishman Eugene Laverty in third. Brits Chaz Davies, Jonathan Rea and Leon Camier all feature in the top 10, while Leon Haslam’s form continues to improve after his return from injury, so there’s a strong chance that a British or Irish flag will be flying above the podium at the end of one, if not both, of the SBK races on Sunday 04 August.

Richard Phillips, Managing Director of Silverstone Circuits Limited, said: “World Superbikes is one of our biggest events of the year and produces some spectacular racing. The Brits have traditionally done well here at Silverstone and with so many of them battling it out at the top of the championship, I’m pretty confident the fans will see one or two of them on the podium. With this year’s round taking place in the middle of the school holidays, we are also delighted to be able to run our ‘kids go free’ offer for World Superbikes. It’s a fantastic event for the whole family and this is a great way of exposing younger fans to the excitement of world-class motorcycle racing.”

Silverstone’s ‘Early Bird’ offer for its round of the FIM Superbike World Championship is available until 12 noon on Tuesday 23 July. For further information, or to book tickets, call 0844 3728 300.

*‘Kids go free’: Child tickets are for children aged 15 years and under at the time of the Event. Children using a child ticket must be accompanied by a full paying adult. Each full paying adult may bring up to a maximum of four children.
