Not long to wait now until the start of both the F1® and MotoGP™ season and there has been plenty to whet our appetites in testing over the last few weeks. Despite initial set backs for Mercedes during the first test in Jerez, Lewis Hamilton has since demonstrated that the car is competitive and will be a force to be reckoned with in 2013. Jenson Button and McLaren have been focussing on getting the set up on the car right in order that they can hit the ground running from the first race in Australia.

All eyes have been on Valentino Rossi and the Yamaha in MotoGP testing and, although the Hondas of Pedrosa and Lorenzo are looking good, Rossi is on the pace and appears confident.

Cal Crutchlow's performance in testing was also encouraging as he continues to prove that he will once again be out in front challenging the factory bikes for podium positions.
