It’s an exciting time to join the Operations team at Silverstone. With a new hotel being constructed and other development and leisure programmes nearing commencement we are now seeing our strategy of becoming a family leisure destination come to life.

Working closely with the Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operational management of the venue and all events this role will also deliver effective project management services for operational based projects including the development and management of the Sustainability Strategy.

MERCHANDISE SUPERVISORS

We are currently recruiting for Merchandise Supervisors to work in our official Silverstone Merchandise shops and retail areas during event weekends throughout the year. Our Supervisors must be energetic, confident dealing with customers, have previous supervisory experience within retail/leisure/events leading a small team and excellent communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to be responsible for delivering a high quality service and food & drink offering across a range of operations for the public catering provision. This includes high volume coffee shops, cafes, public bars, restaurants and new club house services.

The role requires multi-site experience of managing different styles of operation from high volume public catering through to private dining restaurants. Leadership qualities will be key alongside playing an active operational role in delivering the best service, and engaging with clients on the front line.

HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER

Full time.

Working as part of the Management Team in this fast-paced and multi-dimensional environment, the Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring Silverstone meet their legal and safety obligations across a number of departments to include but not limited to Catering, Venue, Driving Experiences, Corporate and Public Events. This will include advising, monitoring and assisting the team members to ensure the business achieves best practise and legal compliance. The role will involve working with clients, internal departments and third-party service providers.

The post holder will have the relevant Health and Safety experience within the venue, events and leisure environment and qualified in Occupational Health and Safety (Masters, BSC, NEBOSH, CMIOSH, NVQ4) and chartered membership of IOSH or equivalent.

HOSPITALITY EVENT MANAGER

Full time. 

We’re recruiting for a Hospitality Event Manager to oversee the account management of Silverstone’s hospitality partner owned events and all non-partner event day corporate hospitality events. You will manage clients in the preparation, organisation and delivery of Event Hospitality.

You will have substantial commercial and operational experience working within the events industry, in particular large venues with a 5* hospitality and catering environment. Account management experience and experience of dealing with international event teams is an advantage.
