Drive Silverstone FAQ’s
What additional measures will be in place for my experience?
Our team has worked hard to incorporate the latest government guidance into our experiences. We continue to monitor all updates and advice, we’ll send out an information pack to all attendees in the weeks before their experience is due to take place which will contain all the information you should need ahead of your drive.
I have an experienced booked for February/March will this go ahead?
Just as we were getting ready to hit the green lights on the 2021 season we’ve been called into the pits! Following the most recent national lockdown announcement we have made the decision to postpone all Drive Events until April. Whilst we understand this is disappointing we want to ensure that our experience continue to exceed your expectations and as such feel this is the only appropriate action to take. We’ll be in touch with all customers who have bookings affected by this in the coming weeks with the options for your experience.
Will my experience run in all weather conditions?
Ensuring you enjoy your driving experience is at the core of what we do. We know how excited you will have been in the lead up to your day. Please rest assured that we do not make the decision to cancel an event lightly, our Driving experiences will continue to run in wet weather (Some of our instructors will vouch that it can make it even more fun!). Your event will only be cancelled in extreme conditions which could impact on the safety and enjoyment of the experience. We ask that you please ensure your contact details are up to date on your My Silverstone account and should you be concerned about the conditions on the day please regularly check your emails, our social media accounts and website where any cancellations will be announced.

I have not had a reply back to a recently sent enquiry
We are currently working with a reduced team and are handling a large number of enquiries. As a result of this if your query is covered within our FAQs we will be unable to respond to you at this time. We ask that you please check our FAQs before sending an enquiry. If your query is not covered a member of the team will respond to you as soon as possible.
Do you have a contact number I need to speak to someone?
Unfortunately our phone lines are currently closed. Please check our FAQs to see if your query is covered. We have an event line which is manned on the day of your drive event, this number will be sent with your joining instructions (Please be advised this number is only manned on the day of your event and we are unable to resolve general enquiries on this line).
