The Coronavirus pandemic has, sadly, forced the postponement of British Automobile Racing Club & Citroen C1 24HR Challenge We’re working hard to reschedule the meeting and we hope we’ll be back out on track as soon as we can.

Race start – Saturday 23 May 1755hrs

Viewing will be available in the BRDC Grandstand

Food and Drink will be open throughout the night, closing after the race ends on Sunday:

 

Paddock diner – 7.30am Saturday then 24 hours to end of race, Breakfast and Hot lunch, sandwiches drinks etc.. –  Limited offer over night

Coffee shop – Saturday – 9.00am – 18.00, Sunday 07.00 – 18.00 – coffee and sandwiches

Paddock Grill – 10.00am – 19.00 Saturday, 08.00 – 17.00 Sunday – hot food and bar

  • Can I Access the Pit and/ or the Paddock Area?

    Yes this event has an open paddock. Access to the pit garages, however, is restricted to working team and competitors.

  • Where Does my Ticket Permit Access/ What Are the Ticket Options?

    Your ticket includes roving grandstand seating in the BRDC grandstand, access to the National Paddock, access to the pit walk (day/time tbc).

  • Where Will the Giant Screens be Located?

    There will be no Giant screens at this event

  • Are There Any Cash Machines Onsite?

    There is a cash machine located in the Paddock Diner at the National Paddock – please note that this machine charges for cash withdrawals

  • Which Credit/ Debit Cards do you Accept?

    We accept most major credit and debit cards with the exception of Diners Club cards.

  • Can You Purchase Silverstone Merchandise at the Event?

    Yes, Silverstone shops sell a variety of merchandise, please download an event map to locate the shops.

  • Can You Purchase Suncream/ Batteries/ Plasters/ Films/Cameras/Emergency Medicine ETC Onsite?

    Yes Silverstone merchandise shops sell these essential items. Please download the event map to find their locations.

  • Can I Use my Pushbike Around the Circuit?

    Bikes can sometimes be used at the circuit though they are not advised at the larger events as the circuit is too busy

  • Food and Drink

    We have food available at the Pit Stop Cafe within the National Paddock. There are also a licensed bars serving beer and other refreshments. Please kindly note that glass bottles are not permitted within the circuit at any time and you will be asked to leave any at the gates should you try to bring them in.

  • Can I Leave the Circuit and Re Enter In One Day?

    Yes this is possible – please ensure that the staff at the gate stamp your hand as you leave the circuit. Re entry to the site will only be permitted if the person has their hand stamped and is in possession of a valid ticket for the event. Please review the timetable to check last re-entry times each day.

  • Can I Take Photos?

    Photographic equipment, mobile telephones and other private communication devices are permitted within the venue provided that they are for personal and private non commercial purposes.

  • When will my Tickets be Despatched?

    Ticket despatch starts four to six weeks prior to the Event but tickets may be sent out up to a week before the Event.

  • I Have Not Received my Tickets by Post?

    Ticket despatch starts four to six weeks before the event, but tickets may be sent out anytime up until one week prior to the event. You will receive your tickets in advance either via First Class Royal Mail post or APC courier delivery. If you have not received your tickets please contact 0344 3750 740.

  • My Ticket Confirmation has my Old Delivery Address on it, What do I do?

    Please forward the confirmation email to us on enquiries@silverstone.co.uk detailing your new address and a daytime contact number. We will then arrange for tickets to be despatched to your new address.

  • Collecting Tickets from Ticket Collection at the Event?

    If you have booked after the advanced despatch deadliine tickets will be available for collection at Ticket Collection. To collect your tickets you will need ID (passport or driving licence, your email confirmation or booking reference number. If it is not the purchaser collecting the tickets we require a letter from them confirming that they give permission for you to collect the tickets on their behalf.
    Please park your car in the public car parks and then make your way to ticket collection.

  • What Age do you have to be Classed as a Child?

    15 years and under on the day of the Event is classes as a child.

  • Do Children Need a Ticket?

    Children aged 15 and under will need a ticket for entry to the venue. Please ensure that you select the number of child tickets you require at the time of purchasing. One adult can accompany a maximum of four children.

  • Can I Purchase a Ticket on the Gate?

    Yes you can – we highly recommend buying in advance to avoid disappointment and to take advantage of the best ticket prices

  • Where Can I Park/ Travel Options?

    To ensure your visit to Silverstone runs as smoothly as possible please ensure you leave plenty of time for your journey and to make the most of your day.
    Parking onsite is free, please follow signs for public parking and take directions from our parking stewards.
    The nearest mainline train stations are Milton Keynes and Northampton. please check connecting bus services in order to ensure you arrive at Silverstone at a convenient time. Alternatively taxi journeys are approximately 30 minutes from these stations to Silverstone.

  • Where is the Nearest Train Station?

    Silverstone is situated between three stations; Northampton, Milton Keynes and Banbury. They are all approximately 30 minutes from Silverstone.

  • Where can Blue Badge Holders Park?

    There are a number of disabled parking areas available, please call 0344 3728 232 for more information.

  • What Time do the Car Parks Open?

    Car parks open up to half an hour before Circuit Gate Opening Times. Please note that this is subject to change.

  • How much does it Cost to Park?

    Parking is free of charge at this event

  • Do I Need a Parking Permit for my Motorcycle?

    Parking for motorcycles is free and a permit is not required to park

  • Silverstone Policy Statement on Illegal Substances

    Silverstone Circuits Ltd and the police have a zero tolerance policy to illegal substances. The dealing in or use of illegal drugs is not condoned by Silverstone Circuits Ltd. Drug enforcement laws are as applicable on site as anywhere else in the country. Polic officers and security guards will be onsite and will deal with drug offences in accordance with national guidelines. Neither anti-social nor illegal behaviour will be tolerated. You may be searched at the entrance. Any items which the organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated. Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and/ or offensive activities onsite may be searched. If you do get caught you will be escorted off the site, and refused re-admission.
