The Coronavirus pandemic has, sadly, forced the postponement of the MG Car Club. We’re working hard with the event organisers to reschedule the meeting and we hope we’ll be back out on track as soon as we can.
We’ll keep you updated and can only look forward to returning to ‘business as usual’ as soon as it is safe to do so.

The MG Car Club has been hosting this event at Silverstone for the past 69 years. We’ll be celebrating 70 years of the event in 2020, and are proud to still be holding its racing at one of the most iconic circuits in the world, and the home of British Motorsport.
The Club’s seven championships will be on show across the weekend. Iconic MGs like the MGB and MGA will be racing on the Historic GP Circuit, as well as the Club’s premier series – The MG Trophy Championship. Trophy consists of three classes of MG ZRs, and is renowned for its close wheel to wheel action. Famous names such as British Touring Car Drivers Jack Goff and Tom Ingram once raced in the Championship, which just goes to show the level at which these drivers are racing. The Iconic 50s & Fiscar series that includes MG T-types should also catch the eye, as they provide people with something slightly different to everything else on display.

Gates open from 9am each day.
No pets or animals are allowed for safety reasons (other than pre-arranged assistance dogs) as they are not permitted anywhere in Silverstone including the car parks and camp-sites.
Children aged 15 and under get free entry to MG Car Club when accompanied by an adult.
Yes, there will be a number of food units stationed throughout the site, where you will be able to purchase a variety of foods.
Yes, you are able to bring your own food and drink to the event.
Yes we do have a special parking area within the main site, for which we provide a car pass. For more details please call 01235 55 55 52.
Yes, once again we will have a limited number of mobility scooters available to hire throughout the weekend. Please visit the club shop in the main marquee. A refundable deposit will be required on the day, please mention that you would like to hire one when booking tickets.
Ticket despatch will start up to 3 weeks before the event. However, tickets may be sent out anytime up to one week before the event.
Silverstone Circuits Ltd and the police have a zero tolerance policy to illegal substances. The dealing in or use of illegal drugs is not condoned by Silverstone Circuits Ltd. Drug enforcement laws are as applicable on site as anywhere else in the country. Police officers and security guards will be on site and will deal with drug offences in accordance with national guidelines. Neither anti-social nor illegal behaviour will be tolerated. You may be searched at the entrance. Any items which the organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated. Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and / or offensive activities onsite may be searched. Offenders will be escorted off the site, and refused re-admission.
