What’s on offer?

RACLETTE MELT

These born and bred caterers will be cooking up a storm, serving the very best in melted cheese dishes.

Tuck into a raclette – a traditional dish of melted cheese, typically eaten with potatoes. These cheesy chefs have taken the liberty of adding their twist, topping it all off with picked silverskin onions and sweet baby gherkins. Delish!

Or, if you’re feeling super cheesy, pick up the perfect ‘on-the-go’ snack – the triple cheese toastie. Toasted, freshly baked sourdough bread is stuffed full-to-the-brim with French Gruyere, Emmental AND Red Leicester.

If you’re feeling cheesy, this is the place for you.

STUMPIE’S

Jump on the buttermilk chicken bandwagon and head on over to Stumpie’s.

They’ll be cooking up a chicken feast, which is sure to keep those hunger pangs at bay.  Opt for the buttermilk chicken burger or chicken wrap. Alternatively,  secure yourself the pole position with your friends by grabbing you and your mates a sharing bucket.

Top tip – don’t miss out on the generous side of fries!

Did you know?

Buttermilk is the secret ingredient in Southern Fried Chicken recipes.  It guarantees deliciously moist, succulent chicken every time.

We’ll be first in line to beat the lunchtime rush!

THE STRAWBERRY STOP – Becketts and Vale

The Strawberry Stop are bringing strawberries and cream, fresh from their farm in rural Herefordshire to the track-side.

They’re proud to serve 100% British ingredients. Their strawberries are picked straight from the farm and brought to you on the day. They’re then topped with cream sourced from Hereford dairy farms. Best of all, you can select your toppings. We love the chocolate sprinkles!  Now that’s what we call farm to fork…

To top it all off, grab a glass of Prosecco or Pimms. We can’t think of a better way to sit and enjoy the sunshine (fingers crossed)!

FUORVITO ARTISAN PIZZA – Copse

Fuorvito serve pizza the Italian way. Dough from Antonio Fuorvito’s family recipe has been handed down over the generations. It’s hand-stretched, topped and cooked in a wood-fired pizza oven.

Favourites include the Ortolana, a combination of classic tomato and mozzarella with mushrooms, peppers, aubergine and parmesan cheese. A light drizzle of olive oil completes the pizza, which is 100% authentic Italian in taste.

They’re always developing special new flavour combinations, lovingly crafted to keep the menu fresh and exciting; look out for their sourdough pizza bases, with both sweet and savoury toppings.

To enjoy their quality stone-baked pizzas, head to Copse!

For more of a street food twist, check out the Classic Pulled Beef at the Gourmet Burger outlet, featuring slow roasted beef brisket with homemade pickled slaw, topped with sticky BBQ sauce.

THE RICKSHAW CLUB – Main Stage and Luffield

Championing traditional Indian street food with a modern twist, The Rickshaw Club are big on creating dishes that burst with flavour. And the chicken tikka is doing just that. Tender chicken pieces, marinated overnight in aromatic ginger, garlic, tomatoes, coriander and turmeric are chargrilled before serving in a wrap with mint yoghurt or chilli sauce and fresh salad.

Perhaps most well-known is their sheek kebab, marinated in fresh chillies, coriander, herbs and onion, grilled on a skewer before your very eyes.

With a heady aroma surrounding The Rickshaw Club, follow your nose and make sure to sample their delights.

FROZEN COCKTAIL BAR – Club Silverstone, Becketts

If you’re looking for a way to cool off in the summer sun, then look no further than the frozen cocktail bar at the Silverstone Club, in Becketts.

Serving both premium iced cocktails and non-alcoholic slush, the menu features everything from the amaretto-based Berry Nutty to the delicious strawberry and peach-flavoured Woo Woo. Classic slush flavours including strawberry and cola are also on offer.
