I haven’t received my refund?
We’re conscious that some customers haven’t received a refund as quickly as we hoped. Unfortunately due to technical requirements and authorisation processes, along with the number of transactions being processed, some customers have been experiencing a delay. We would like to assure all customers who requested a refund that their request has been received.
How long will it take to get my refund?
We aim to complete all straightforward refunds within three months of request. If there is an issue with your card, we will contact you and ask for bank transfer details as an alternative method.
Can I transfer my 2020 ticket(s) to 2021?
The deadline to request a transfer has now passed.
I have transferred my ticket(s), but can I get an upgrade for 2021?

Can I get a refund on my order?
The deadline to request a refund has now passed. If you have requested a refund before the 1st July, your refund is currently being processed and may take up to three months to complete.
I have requested to transfer my ticket(s) should I receive a confirmation email?
All transfers are now complete. Please don’t worry if you have not received an email to confirm this, log into your account, your 2021 booking details will be available here.
I have requested to refund my ticket(s) should I receive a confirmation email?
You will not receive an email at the point of selection, once the refund has been carried out and your booking cancelled on our system an email will be automated to you. This may take up to three months, please bear with us as we process these requests.
I opted to refund my ticket(s) but I’ve changed my mind, what can I do?
Unfortunately we are unable to reinstate tickets after the 1 July 2020 however you will be able to purchase a new ticket for 2021 by clicking here.
What is the value of my refund?
You can rest assured that you will receive a full refund to mirror the value paid to SCL at the time of booking and as verified on your email confirmation.
My card has expired / is no longer held since making my booking, what should I do?
Don’t worry, if you have selected to refund your ticket(s) our system will flag if the card has expired/cancelled and our team will be in touch over the next few weeks to help with the refund transaction.
I will not be able to attend the 2021 event, can I transfer to 2022?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer transfers to 2022 and beyond.
I bought child ticket(s) and my child will be an adult in 2021 – if I transfer to next year, what should I do?
We look forward to welcoming you in 2021. Please follow the links in your email to request to transfer your current booking. We will transfer your child ticket(s) to ensure these are valid for 2021.
I have received my ticket(s) for 2020, do I need to return them?
If you have received your ticket(s) for 2020 you do not need to worry about returning them, if you choose to transfer you will be issued with a new ticket for 2021.
I didn’t buy directly from Silverstone, can I get a refund?
You should still be entitled to refund, you will need to contact the supplier of your ticket.
What if I booked camping with my ticket(s)?
If you booked camping with your ticket(s) and choose to transfer your booking to the Formula 1 British Grand Prix 2021 then your camping booking will be transferred also. If you choose to refund your ticket(s) the price paid for camping will be included in your refund.
I wish to amend/add to my order – is this possible?
Of course our team are happy to help. We ask that you contact us in mid-July when we hope to launch general sales for 2021. We can then check whether items are available following all refunds and transfers and process updates to your bookings.
What if I won my ticket(s) as part of a competition with Silverstone?
Your ticket(s) will automatically be transferred to the Formula 1 British Grand Prix 2021.

I transferred my ticket(s) but what if I can’t make the 2021 Formula 1 British Grand Prix when the dates are released?
It’s great to hear that you would like to transfer your tickets. We hope to welcome you next year however we must work to a provisional date as we are part of an international calendar. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund after the 1st July 2020, in the instance that you may no longer attend the ticket(s) may be used by your friends and family.
I have been given a discount code, where can I use this?
Unfortunately this discount code expired on 31 July 2020.
When will Key Workers be offered tickets for the 2021 race?
