Silverstone In Medical Equipment Partnership With Karl Storz (uk) Ltd

Thanks to the generosity of Karl Storz Endoscopy (UK) Ltd, the medical team at Silverstone now have the very latest equipment to assist them when treating patients suffering issues with their airways. With its global HQ in Tuttlingen, Germany, KARL STORZ is a family run company which specialises in the manufacture and distribution of endoscopes and other medical instruments and devices. The company has 8,000 employees worldwide, over 15,000 products and UK base in Slough, Berkshire.

The new Silverstone sponsorship will see the venue’s Medical Cars as well as the Medical Centre equipped with the state of the art C-MAC video laryngoscope system. In simple terms, the kit enables Silverstone medics to quickly, accurately, safely and hygienically assess issues in the throat area of any patient.
