Silverstone is delighted to announce huge-selling Toploader will be joining the list of bands who will be on the stage across the GoPro British Grand Prix MotoGP™ weekend in late August.
This news is in addition to the earlier announcement of multi-award-winning band Clean Bandit who will headline the Saturday night entertainment on August 24. Other bands signed include Legacy and Duke who will provide a mix of covers and original music.
A Saturday ticket to watch the GoPro British Grand Prix MotoGP™ qualifying and see Clean Bandit perform in the evening will cost just £30 and is a great value ticket to watch this hugely successful band.
Toploader have been consistently popular in the 20 years since the band’s debut album ‘Onka’s Big Moka’ which included huge hits ‘Dancing in the Moonlight’ and ‘Achilles Heel’.
Toploader will be headlining the Sunday night of the August Bank Holiday weekend as part of a festival feel Silverstone has been building over the past few years. There’s no rush to leave the Silverstone site on Sunday as it’s a Bank Holiday Monday the following day.
More than musical entertainment
There is much more than music for racing fans and families across the August Bank Holiday weekend.
There are motorcycle manufacturer stands from Triumph, Ducati, Yamaha and Suzuki along with a chance for younger riders to have a taste of riding electric Oset trials bikes in a carefully-controlled environment.
Tickets for the GoPro British Grand Prix MotoGP™ can be purchased at here. Prices start at £15, with kids under 10 going free.
The event takes place on the August Bank Holiday weekend from August 23 – 25.
