Drive Experience FAQs

How many guests can I bring with me?
We are only able to permit a maximum one car and up to 4 guests.

What additional measures will be in place for my experience?
Our team has worked hard to incorporate the latest government guidance into our experiences. We continue to monitor all updates and advice. We currently have restrictions in place on guest numbers to allow for effective social distancing throughout your experience. There will be hand sanitising stations and our staff will be wearing PPE. We’re also following strict cleaning protocols across the site, equipment and vehicles. You will receive a video link with your joining instructions which provides more information on what to expect.

I cannot open the indemnity form link I was sent

I have not had a reply back to a recently sent enquiry
We are currently working with a reduced team and are handling a large number of enquiries. As a result of this if your query is covered within our FAQs we will be unable to respond to you at this time. We ask that you please check our FAQs before sending an enquiry. If your query is not covered a member of the team will respond to you as soon as possible.

I have a voucher I need to re-book
If you had a voucher which was affected due to Covid-19 cancellations please click here for information on re-booking.

Do I need to bring my license?
Yes, our team will carry out a visual check on your license on the day of your experience. For this we do require your license, a photo or photocopy will not be accepted.

Can I get a refund on my April or Black Friday ticket?
If you purchased your ticket(s) as part of the Black Friday Promotion or for the planned April round you will receive a full refund on your purchase.

I have tickets for the 26/27 September race, am I able to attend?
Behind the scenes we’ve been working hard to try and run the event with spectators and have left it as late as we could before making this announcement, so that if there was a change in Government policy or opportunity to run as a pilot event, for an elite motorsport, we could host our fans, but we finally had to concede that it would not be possible this year.

What are my tickets options for the 26/27 September race?
All ticket holders have now been contacted by email which will give you the details you need to request a refund or transfer your tickets for 2021.

How long will it take to get my refund?
We aim to complete all straightforward refunds within three months of request. Thank you for your patience while we put this process in place. Please note the deadline for requesting the refund was 31 August.

I transferred my ticket but have not received confirmation of this
We have emailed all ticket holders confirming the transfer of their booking. If you did not receive this email log into your account to see your 2021 booking details.

Can I get a refund on my order?

Can I transfer my 2020 ticket(s) to 2021?
Of course, we can’t wait to welcome you to Silverstone in 2021. We have sent emails to all ticket holders which will give you all the details you need on how to request your transfer, please complete the survey information as soon as possible.

Is there a confirmed 2021 race date?
Our team is still working alongside BSB race organisers to finalise the 2021 date. Rest assured we’ll update you as soon as this is finalised. If you choose to transfer your tickets, but when the 2021 race dates are announced you are unable to make date you will be able to request a refund on your tickets. This will be available for one month following the announcement of the 2021 race dates on our website.

Can I add to my existing booking?

Can I upgrade my ticket?

What is the status of my 2020 Formula 1 booking?
If you have transferred your ticket to 2021, log into your account to see your booking details. Some customers have experienced a delay with their refund, we would like to assure all customers who requested a refund by the deadline that their request has been received and being processed.
