If you are coming to the circuit and staying at Woodlands Campsite please read the following instructions carefully.

To make sure your journey is as quick as possible we do not recommend using a sat nav when approaching Silverstone. Please follow the directions below and follow the yellow route on the event signage when you get close to the circuit.

    From M1

Exit the motorway at Junction 15A and take the A43 towards Towcester. Silverstone is signposted from there and the Yellow Route will be indicated closer to the circuit.

    From M40

Exit at Junction 10 onto the A43. Silverstone is signposted from there and the Yellow Route will be indicated closer to the circuit.

     On arrival at the circuit

All Live In Vehicles and tents with hook-ups please follow live in camping route route when you get onto the Dadford Road.

All tent camping please follow tent camping route route when you get onto the Dadford Road.

Both routes go straight over the main entrance roundabout, you will then need to position yourself into the correct lane according to the event signage ie either the AB route or the C route.

Please note: If you have tent camping but you have a hook-up, while you have a C pass, you need to follow the AB route to pick up your hook-up.

We strongly advise that you do not rush to leave the campsite on Sunday after the race, we recommend you stay and enjoy the evening entertainment in the circuit or campsite.

Delays are expected when departing on Sunday and some vehicle gates will be closed due to the one way traffic system in operation.

Parking at the circuit is permitted Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a circuit parking pass. Please note that owners of vehicles not displaying the correct parking pass will be subject to a fixed penalty fee. To make sure your journey is as quick as possible we do not recommend using a sat nav when approaching Silverstone. Instead follow the signposts that are situated on local roads and on the M1 and M40.
