Fantastic Fireworks

Fantastic Fireworks will set fire to the skies over Silverstone in November in a frenzy of insane noise and colour. It’s the first time the double British Fireworks Championship winners have performed at the iconic venue and they can’t wait for the lights to go out.

‘We’re delighted to be asked to stage the fireworks at the UK home of Formula One and we really want it to rock’ said managing director Jon Culverhouse.

It’s been a busy summer for the Hertfordshire company, whose awards include two wins at the prestigious British Fireworks Championship and the prize for Best Visual Spectacular at last year’s Event Production Awards with an amazing production of Jeff Wayne’s Musical Version of the War of the Worlds.

They staged displays at international events including the Jorvik Viking Festival in York, the Henley Royal Regatta and most recently a display on the Thames in London celebrating the 50th anniversary of one of the world’s most renowned firm of architects, Foster & Partners.

Other prestige events in the company’s star-studded portfolio include the Cannes Film Festival, SKY TV and the Isle of Man TT Festival.

Fantastic Fireworks, who have been firing across the world for more than 30 years, will be bringing their award-winning skills to Silverstone where the skies will literally glow in a kaleidoscope of colour as more than 10,000 stars dance in time to a foot-tapping soundtrack.

One stunning effect of which Fantastic are particularly proud, is their‘ghost shell’. You can’t miss this stunning ball of fire when it bursts in a giant sphere of white stars at a height of nearly 1000 feet! The‘wow factor’ moment comes when each star turns a ghostly green in a magical Mexican Wave!

Their thunderous finale will include beautiful gold-tailed comets and fantastic bouquets of sky filling star bursts.
