Silverstone's general test days offer you the chance to test at the home of British Motor Racing. Whether you want additional track time prior to your race meeting or need to test a new car/bike, you can book onto a test day with the assurance that you will be testing with other competition licence holders.

Please ensure you record your booking reference number. Emails, faxes, letters and any other messages left on mailboxes are not accepted as bookings.

Payment Terms, Cancellations and Refunds
Payment is taken by credit card at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, a refund will only be given if more than seven days' written notice is received. In the event of a cancellation between seven and three days before the test, the booking may be transferred at the discretion of Silverstone Circuits Limited, and only on the first cancellation of a booking. Transfers must be booked and taken within three months of the original test date. If less than three days' notice is given, NO refund or transfer will be issued.

Noise Limits
Please note there is a noise limit of 105db for all general testing on the National Circuit.

International & Grand Prix - will be in compliance with championship and /or race regulations (including MSA and FIA) relevant to the vehicle being tested.

No racing engines may be run before 0830hrs or after 1830hrs.

Venue Access
Access to the Venue will be allowed from 0730hrs on the testing date. If you arrive prior to this time, please park in the car park indicated on the left hand side on the entrance to the Venue.

Garage Allocation
Available on request at a cost of £60 inc VAT. Any damage to the pit garages and ancillary equipment will be charged to those concerned. A garage number will be allocated at time of booking. Any changes to garage allocations must be requested prior to arrival and must be confirmed in writing by Silverstone Circuit. Upon arrival in the paddock, please ensure only the allocated garage is occupied. If you choose not to hire a garage, please ensure all team vehicles park on the opposite side of the paddock, keeping garage bays clear for those who have booked.

Venue & Paddock Access
Access will be from 7.30am on the morning of ALL test sessions. Should you have any further enquiries on this, please check with the testing department.

Signing On
At Race Administration (1st floor of Race Control) between 09:00 and 11:00, unless otherwise stated. All drivers/riders must hold a current MSA/FIA or ACU competition race licence, which must be produced at registration on the day of testing. All drivers/riders must also sign an indemnity form before driving on the circuit. Silverstone Circuits Limited has the right to refuse drivers who do not produce their licence. Any drivers under 18 years must have their indemnity form signed by a guardian or team manager. All drivers participating in testing must be at least 16 years of age. (Where a championship allows under 16's to compete, call SCL for more details.

Vehicles
Vehicles testing on the circuit must comply with current MSA/ACU safety regulations and noise levels.

Pit Lane
Re-fuelling and the storage of petrol (or other fuels) is not permitted in the pit lane.

No naked flames (smoking, welding etc) in the pit lane.

The pit lane is strictly one way.

Vehicle access to pit lane via the gate between the garage block, beneath pedestrian bridge.

Service vehicles are not allowed in the pit lane.

Reckless or dangerous driving will result in exclusion from further testing.

Unless participating, no persons under the age of 16 are allowed in the pit lane or on the pit wall.

General
The circuit reserves the right to: session any day or move any machine from one session to another or cancel any test day, (we will endeavour to give as much notice as is possible, but this cannot be guaranteed).

Fuel Station opening times are: 08:30 - 17:00, Race Days: 8.00 - 17.00. The Fuel Station supplies BP Ultimate unleaded (97 octane), BP Ultimate 102 (102 octane) and BP Ultimate diesel.

Paddock Diner opening hours are 08:00 - 16:00.
08:00 - 12:00 Breakfast
12:00 - 14:30 Lunch.

Animals, other than Registered Guide Dogs, may not be brought onto the premises.
