COVID

Our team has worked hard to incorporate Government Covid-19 guidelines to make our activities safe for everyone, this does mean that you’ll notice some changes on the day. Including restrictions on guest numbers and social distancing measures.

You can review the current measures in place here.

Prior to your departure to the venue please consider the following;

  • If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms; a new persistent cough, high temperature, loss of sense of taste or smell you should not attend, and you must follow Public Health England advice.
  • You must not attend if you have at any time in the past 3 weeks knowingly been in contact with anyone who currently has or has had at any time during the past 3 weeks any symptoms relating to Coronavirus, except as a healthcare professional.

If you are unable to attend for the above reasons you must:

  • Send an email to [email protected] as soon as you are aware, if this is on the day please phone us on 01327 320421 (PLEASE NOTE this phone number is only operational on Drive Event dates).
  • Notifications must reach us by 8.30am on the day of your booked Experience. Non-notification will be treated as a no show and no refund and/or reschedule will be permitted.
  • You will need to arrange a COVID-19 swab test, sending the test results within 7 days.  We will then be able to re schedule your Experience, Rebooked Experiences must be taken within 3 months from the date of your original Experience Date.
License Requirements

Yes, this is absolutely fine, please just remember to bring it with you on the day.

Yes, our team will carry out a visual check on your license on the day of your experience. Please note that only the original license will be accepted, so please do not bring copies. Take care to ensure that you meet the driver criteria for the experience at the time of booking. Depending on the type of vehicle or the type of experience you will do, license requirements can differ.

On The Day

We ask you to leave plenty of time to arrive ahead of your experience. There is a 10-15 minute drive from the site entrance to your experience and you'll need to leave time for your arrival and license checks. Unfortunately, due to capacity restrictions if you miss your group safety briefing time you will be unable to drive and your experience will be lost. In this case your experience is non refundable and non-transferable.
