How do I get in touch about my dietary and allergen requirements?

We want every guest in your party to feel completely looked after during their hospitality experience.   

If you or anyone attending with you has any dietary needs or allergen requirements, please email us at  [email protected]. Our team will make sure all relevant details are added to your booking so everything is prepared for your arrival.

Is there a separate price for child hospitality tickets?

We’re always delighted to welcome families to our hospitality experiences, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to plan your day.   

Children under 10 years old receive a 10% discount on the purchase price of hospitality packages. If you’re visiting with a child under 2 who will be sitting on a lap or in a sling, they can join you free of charge.   

To arrange your booking, simply contact our Sales Team at [email protected]  and they’ll be happy to process your order. All children attending must have their own hospitality package and be accompanied by an adult holding the same package type.

Can I resell my Hospitality ticket?

Hospitality tickets for the 2026 British Grand Prix are non-transferable and cannot be resold via third parties. This helps us protect all guests and ensure that every hospitality experience at Silverstone is delivered safely and securely.
