If you contact us by telephone, the Silverstone Circuits Contact Centre will help determine the nature of your enquiry. We will take into account all the points you raise and seek to resolve the situation while you are on the line. If we are unable to resolve your enquiry immediately, we will ask you to send your feedback in writing. If you contact us by letter or by email, we will review your enquiry fully and ensure that it is investigated by the most suitable person within our organisation. If your enquiry is of an urgent nature, we will prioritise if possible and escalate to the appropriate person within our organisation. We appreciate that some enquiries may take longer than others to resolve, particularly if they involve input from a third party, vendors or organisers for example.
