Silverstone Festival Hospitality Competition Terms and Conditions

Who can enter 

Prize Draw open to guests who complete the MotoGP Hospitality competition form. Prize Draw open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted. 

Opening/closing date & time 

Prize Draw opens for entries on 24 May 2025. Prize Draw closes for entries on 27 May 2025. Entries received outside this period will be void and will not be eligible to win any prize. Prize Parc Fermé Hospitality Package for two at the Silverstone Festival on Sunday 25 August 2025. All prizes are subject to availability. Transport and accommodation is not included in this prize, only entry to the event. No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner, and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 

How to enter & cost of entry 

Entry into the prize draw will take place automatically once the customer completes the form. Competition entry is free of charge. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. There is no cash alternative. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to agree to these terms and conditions and the Silverstone General Competition Terms. 

Winner selection & contact 

The draw will take place on the 2 June for all entries submitted before the closing date, winners will not be announced any earlier than 2 June 2025. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The prize is time sensitive, and the winner will be contacted after the closing date and will be sent a message in accordance with the Silverstone General Competition Terms and Conditions. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
