Terms & Conditions: MICE Q4 Offer

Any corporate meeting booked at Silverstone between Monday 13th October 2025 and Wednesday 30th April 2026, with 100 or more delegates, and using the promo code ‘MICE2025’, will qualify for an enhanced event offer - provided the event is confirmed no later than Friday 30th January 2026.

The event booker can choose from:

  • Complimentary bedroom at Escapade Silverstone for event organiser.
  • Freshly baked pastries on arrival.
  • Drinks reception.
  • Plus, every confirmed event will be entered into a prize draw to win two tickets to the 2026 British Grand Prix.  

 

Offer terms

  • Max three guest bedrooms at Escapade qualify for complimentary organiser rooms.  
  • Drinks reception includes one glass of wine per person.
  • Fresh pastries include one pastry per person.

Who can enter

Prize Draw open to event bookers who confirm a corporate event at Silverstone Circuit within promotional window, quoting ‘MICE2025’ at point of enquiry. Entry will be confirmed by email, following the return of a signed event contract.  

Prize Draw open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Multiple entries are allowed, providing each event booking meets the entry criteria.

Promotional Window - Opening/closing date & time

Prize Draw opens for entries on Monday 13th October 2025. Prize Draw closes for entries at 5pm on Friday 30th January 2026.  

Event must take place by 30th April 2026 to qualify, for a minimum of 100 guests.

 
Prizes

2x 2026 British Grand Prix Hospitality tickets will be issued to the winner.

Hospitality space will be confirmed by Silverstone Circuit nearer to the British Grand Prix date. The recipient of the tickets will need to comply with our ticketing terms and conditions.  

All prizes are subject to availability. No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner, and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

 
Winner selection & contact

The draw will take place within four weeks after the closing date for all entries (30 January 2026), the winner will be contacted by email by Friday 27th February 2026. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The prize is time sensitive, and the winner will be sent a message in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the Silverstone General Competition Terms.  

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.  

 
How to enter  

Entry into the prize draw will take place automatically following the return of a signed event contract and if the event booker quoted ‘MICE2025’ at point of initial enquiry.
