Yes, any images taken at the event should be strictly for personal use only and not used for any commercial purposes, including on board cameras. If such images include imagery of an accident you must make such images/footage available to Silverstone and agree not to post such images/footage on social media sites including but not limited to YouTube and Facebook.

Following the latest Government update and relaxation of Covid-19 Measures in England we have introduced some changes to the way our Track Days are run.

As the wearing of masks and social distancing are no longer a legal requirement the use of these measures will not be enforced. Of course should you feel more comfortable you’re absolutely welcome to wear a mask and adhere to social distancing where possible. 

Be assured that we will continue to provide plenty of Hand Sanitising Stations around the site for your use. 

You’ll also notice that we will continue to enforce some of these measures with our staff, with the use of protective screens, face masks and social distancing. This is nothing to worry about and is focussed one ensuring our team stay as safe as possible to allow us to continue to deliver unforgettable events throughout the summer. 

Prior to your departure to the venue please consider the following;

If you are experiencing any of the common Covid-19 Symptoms, including a new persistent cough, high temperature, loss of taste and smell. Should you be experiencing any of these symptoms please do not attend the event and organise a Covid-19 Test. 

If you have been identified as a close contact needing to self-isolate you must not attend the event. 

If you are unable to attend for the above reasons you must:

• Send an email to [email protected] as soon as you are aware.
• Notifications must reach us by 8.30am on the day of your booked Track Day. Non-notification will be treated as a no show and no refund and/or reschedule will be permitted
• You will need to arrange a COVID-19 test sending the test results within 7 days, or provide proof of your close contact notification from NHS Track & Trace.  We will then be able to re schedule your Track Day. Rebooked Track Days must be taken within 3 months from the date of your original day.

Yes, our Pit Stop Café will be open, selling snacks, meals and refreshments.

Yes! You're welcome to bring guests or spectators. 

PLEASE NOTE: Anyone aged 16 or under will not be permitted in the Pit Lane and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Yes, you’ll need a minimum of an A2 restricted motorcycle, country equivalent or an ACU race licence to attend.

PLEASE NOTE: riders must be 20 years or over.

Full payment is taken by credit card at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel, you are able to transfer to another day provided that we have received 14 days written notice by email to [email protected] (e.g. if your track day is the 29th for example, then notification of your cancellation must be received no later than 17:30 on the 15th of that month)

Please note:

• In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days before the test, no refund or transfer will be issued
• No refunds are given - only a transfer based on the conditions above is possible
• Should your car breakdown on the day before or during the event day, unfortunately, no refund or transfer will be issued

Yes, our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase.

Many people buy vouchers for a loved one and let them choose their own date. Vouchers are available from as little as £5 and are available to buy here or over the phone by calling 0844 3728 329.

You will receive an email confirming your purchase at the time of booking. Your joining instructions will be emailed to you approximately 7 days prior to the track day. If for any reason you do not receive your joining instructions, please email [email protected] with details of your booking number.
