To qualify for a PA ticket you will need to provide a copy, without exception, of your most recent DLA letter for care and mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) showing your current entitlement, or a copy of your Attendance Allowance. If you require disabled car parking or camping for Formula 1 British Grand Prix or MotoGP™ a photocopy of both sides of your ‘blue badge’ is required. If you are not offered a free ticket for a PA and the event has sold out we will make one ticket available for you to buy.
For enquiries related to the Personal Assistance Ticket Scheme please call 0344 3728 232.
Children (aged 15 and under) with a disability must be accompanied by an adult paying the full retail rate as with all child tickets for the venue.
Please send all application forms back via email, fax or post:
You will need to make us aware when you want to book disabled parking for the Formula 1 British Grand Prix event as we will need a copy of your blue badge in order to supply you with a disabled access pass. You will need to display this pass along with your blue badge clearly on the day.
Disabled parking is located at car park 50 to the right of the main entrance and is well signposted. For our larger promoted meetings there are also limited disabled car park spaces in the East car park which allows easier access to Copse, Becketts, Club Silverstone and Stowe. For this car park you need to ensure that you inform the stewards so that they can park you in the hard standing area near the gate.
If you experience any difficulties parking at the venue make your way to the main reception/ticket collection so that we can deal with your problem. For all other events this is not required please display your blue badge as normal.
Following our Workplace Transport risk assessment we have identified the need to reduce the vehicle/person interface. We therefore do not allow public to park vehicles within the circuit for Formula 1 British Grand Prix and MotoGP.
Vehicle clamping/towing will be in operation so please ensure that you display the correct passes.
All of our disabled toilets are fitted with RADAR locks to prevent access to any person not registered with the national scheme. Keys are available to purchase in advance from participating local authorities, the Disability Rights UK shop or online by searching “national radar key scheme” through your internet search engine.
All registered assistance dogs are welcome. However, before your arrival please contact the circuit on 0344 3728 232 (Monday to Friday: 9am to 5:30pm) so that the necessary arrangements can be made. We would recommend, due to the large number of visitors we have on site during the Grand Prix, that you consider our personal assistant scheme as this entitles you to bring a personal assistant free of charge in place of your assistance Dog.
