TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SILVERSTONE RACING CLUB 2024 TOUR DE SILVERSTONE
Who can enter
Prize Draw open to Silverstone Racing Club 23/24 Members only for the Tour De Silverstone on Friday 21 June 2024. Prize Draw open to UK residents aged 18 + years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
Opening/closing date & time
Prize Draw opens for entries on 29 May 2024. Prize Draw closes for entries at 23:59 on 04 June 2024.
Prizes
There are 36 spaces available – this is a member only event and the prize are for the member only; the member may bring a guest to watch. No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The prize consists of a guided tour around the Grand Prix circuit on Santander bikes. The promoter reserves the right to amend details of the experience at any time.
Winner selection & contact
The draw will take place within 72 hours after the closing date for all entries. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The prize is time sensitive, and the winner will be contacted on or after the close date and will be sent a message in accordance with the ‘how we will contact winners’ Clause within the Silverstone General Competition Terms.
How to enter & cost of entry
Entry into the prize draw will take place automatically once the member completes the online game and competition entry is free of charge. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. There is no cash alternative. General terms and conditions apply.
Health & Safety
You must be aged 18+ to participate in this event and at least 5’4” tall to use the bikes. There is a maximum load limit of 100kg. Helmets must be worn while using the equipment and these will be provided.
Prize provider & Promoter
The promoter is Silverstone Circuits Limited. The prize is provided by Silverstone Circuits Limited, TIER eBike and Santander. All entry data will be captured and processed in line with our Privacy Policy and our General terms and conditions.
