Staff Travel Survey Escapade Stay Competition Terms and Conditions

WHO CAN ENTER

Prize draw is open to those who submit the staff/volunteer travel survey and who provide a valid email address. Only one entry is permitted per verified email address, per event. 

OPENING/CLOSING DATE & TIME

Prize draw for Silverstone Festival opens for entries from 00:01 on 19/08/2024 and closes as 23:59 on the 04/09/2024. 

PRIZE

One night stay for two (2) people at Escapade including dinner, bed and breakfast. The time of the booking will be subject to availability and is valid for 6 moths between 1st September 2024 – 1st March 2025 excluding the weekend of the 21st/22nd September for the BTCC.
There will be three separate prize draws for the staff/volunteer surveys for each of the following 2024 events: British Grand Prix, MotoGP and Silverstone Festival.

WINNER SELECTION & CONTACT  

Winners will be contacted by email within fourteen (14) days after the conclusion of the competition. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all completed entries will win the prize. The prize is time sensitive, and the winner will be contacted in accordance with the ‘how we will contact winners’ Clause of the Silverstone General Competition Terms. 

COST OF ENTRY 

Competition entry is free of charge. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
