Chrome Circle Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions
WHO CAN ENTERChrome Circle free upgrade draw is open to the lead booker of tickets for 2023 British Grand Prix Thursday Launch Party. Each lead booker will enter the prize draw for the same number of Chrome Circle tickets as the number of Launch party tickets linked to their account.
Only one entry per booker will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.
Any bulk ticket purchase bookings, i.e. any order in excess of ten (10) tickets and/or passes (or any number of orders resulting in the same Purchaser receiving in excess of ten (10) tickets and/or passes) will not be permitted to enter the draw; that activity is prohibited by Clause 8 of our Formula One British Grand Prix 2023 Terms and Conditions.
OPENING AND CLOSING DATE AND TIMEThe draw will be open from 13:00 BST on Thursday 22 June. Draw will close at 23:59 BST on Sunday 25 June. No applications will be accepted after this date and time.
PRIZEAll successful entrants will be provided with the same number of free tickets to the Chrome Circle, as the applicant holds of valid Thursday Launch Party tickets.
A Chrome Circle ticket will not permit entry to the circuit and must be used in conjunction with a valid Launch Party ticket.
No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the request of the successful applicant and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Tickets for the Chrome Circle must not be resold. Any tickets that are resold will result in cancellation of Chrome Circle, Launch Party and British Grand Prix tickets related to the resale.
HOW TO ENTER AND COST OF ENTRY Entry into the draw will take place via the link emailed to all Thursday Launch Party ticket holders and entry is free of charge. Chrome Circle ticket will need to be exchanged for a wristband at the event and ticket holders with compatible devices will need to have downloaded and present the Google Chrome app on their mobile device at the wristband exchange point.
It is the responsibility of any successful applicant to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the Chrome Circle event tickets, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. General terms and conditions apply.
WINNER SELECTION AND CONTACT All successful applicants for the ballot will be notified within <time frame> of the closing date.
Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, winner selection will be made at random from all eligible entries.
The successful applicants will be contacted via email and will be sent a message in accordance with the Silverstone General Competition Terms and Conditions.
SILVERSTONE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS By entering the draw, an applicant is indicating their agreement to the Silverstone General Competition Terms and Conditions that apply to this promotion, except as varied by these Launch Party Ballot special Terms and Conditions.
