BIG HEROES – SUPER FANS – HUGE AUCTIONS – MASSIVE HEART
30 years of sending love from the MotoGP™ family to families across Africa.

Two Wheels for Life raise money to fund programmes in Africa that ensure life-saving healthcare gets to rural communities using reliable transport. Together we can show the world that Two Wheels save Lives.

Our annual family event takes place on Thursday 22nd August and once again kick-starts the British Grand Prix. This year marks three decades of Day of Champions and it’s a chance to get up close to the biggest stars of motorcycle racing and have a cracking day out with friends and family.

On the day there’s lots to keep you entertained. We’ll have the Classic Bike Village showcasing beautiful machines of the past with the opportunity to book a ride to the circuit – cruising through the English countryside in convoy and arrive at the event in style, before taking to the track at Silverstone. There will be lots of memorabilia for sale, live entertainment and, of course, our world famous auction with your favourite riders giving you the chance to bid on unique items.

Day of Champions is hosted by Two Wheels for Life – Two Wheels for Life hold fundraising events around the world to help raise money for programmes that enable healthcare to reach rural communities in Africa with reliable transport systems. Silverstone are the official charity of the FIM and MotoGP™ and with their support we are able to run unique events and give motor racing fans access to exclusive experiences and unique moto-memorabilia. The projects we support mean that health workers can reach the most isolated people with the health care they so desperately need. Day of Champions first took place at Silverstone in 2010.
