Under the current government guidance, it is not a legal requirement to wear a mask in hospitality venues, but as a venue, we are encouraging you to do so. Face masks should be worn in all retail areas of the event.
Within the public areas we encourage you to observe social distancing where possible.
There will be a number of hand sanitiser stations located throughout the venue and we encourage you to use them.
If you have been instructed to isolate due to COVID-19 and are unable to attend, you can apply to transfer your booking to next year’s event in 2022. You can do this by completing the form here. When requests are processed in the New Year, we will request proof of a positive Covid test.
Alternatively, you can forward your ticket on to family and friends to use.
Please note that if you apply to transfer your booking to next year, but your existing ticket is scanned in for this year’s event, your transfer request will become invalid.
You can be assured that we’re well prepared to implement the measures needed to keep our visitors safe this winter.
We remained open throughout December 2020 with our LAP LAND event, resulting in our Covid-Safe Christmas Attraction becoming an award-winner.
Throughout the summer we went on to host a number of public events, including a successful Government pilot event with over 350,000 visitors.
What we’re really trying to say is… we’re top of the nice list when it comes to Covid safety! Our team - and Santa’s Elves - take daily lateral flow tests, wear face masks and use ‘Santa-Tiser’ hand sanitiser – both of which are available throughout the event.
THE LAP
The LAP of LIGHTS drive is designed with minimum contact in mind. You can enjoy it from the comfort and safety of your own car, with our team only requiring a quick ticket check on arrival.
ICE TRAK
Our unique ice-skating experience is a well ventilated, open-air experience. Make sure you wrap up warm though!
