Can I transfer my 2020 ticket(s) to 2021?
Unfortunately we are unable to transfer your April or Black Friday ticket(s) to 2021. If you made your purchase as part of the Black Friday Promotion, or purchased ticket(s) for the April round you will receive a full refund on your purchase.
Can I get a refund on my April or Black Friday ticket?
If you purchased your ticket(s) as part of the Black Friday Promotion or for the planned April round you will receive a full refund on your purchase. If you currently hold ticket(s) for the September round our team is working hard with the race organisers to decide whether this meeting can run with fans. As soon as a decision is made we will be in touch to advise of your ticket options.
Do I need to apply for a refund?
If you purchased your ticket(s) as part of the Black Friday Promotion or purchased ticket(s) for the planned April round you will automatically receive a refund and do not need to take any action to confirm this.
What is the value of my refund?
You can rest assured that you will receive a full refund to mirror the value paid to SCL at the time of booking and as verified on your email confirmation.
How long will it take to get my refund?
We aim to complete all straightforward refunds within three months of request as we are currently processing large numbers of transactions. If there is an issue with your card, we will contact you and ask for bank transfer details as an alternative method. Please bear with us during this time.
I have ticket(s) for the September 2020 round what are my options?
Our team is working hard with race organisers to consider all the options for the running of this race, as soon as a decision has been made we will contact all ticket holders with their options. Thank you for your patience at this time.
Will the September 2020 race take place with fans?
Our team is working hard alongside the race organiser and following the latest Government guidance to make this decision. Thank you for your patience at this time.
My card has expired / is no longer held since making my booking, what should I do?
Don’t worry, our system will flag if the card has expired/cancelled and our team will be in touch to help with the refund transaction.
I have received my ticket(s) for 2020, do I need to return them?
You do not need to worry about returning your April tickets.
I have been given a discount code, where can I use this?
Unfortunately this discount code expired on 31 July 2020.
When are 2021 tickets going on sale?
We hope to release tickets for the British Touring Car Championship 2021 later this year. Stay tuned to the Silverstone website and check you’re signed up to our newsletters to receive all the latest announcements.
