May 2024 Alpine Factory Tour Competition Terms and Conditions
Who can enter
Prize Draw open to Silverstone Racing Club 23/24 Members only for the BWT Alpine F1 Factory Tour on various dates (dates will be offered on a first come first serve basis direct with BWT Alpine F1). Prize Draw open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
Opening/closing date & time
Prize Draw opens for entries on 30 April 2024. Prize Draw closes for entries at midnight on 21st May 2024.
Prizes
There are 5 prizes available each consisting of 4 tickets - each winner may bring up to 3 guests with them. No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The prize consists of a tour of a technical centre tour at BWT Alpine F1 Team’s Enstone headquarters. The promoter reserves the right to amend details of the experience at any time. The winning SRC Member must be in attendance on the tour to claim this prize. Further details on how to book the tour will be discussed within your winners call or email.
Winner selection & contact
The draw will take place within 72 hours after the closing date for all entries. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The prize is time sensitive, and the winner will be contacted on or after the close date and will be sent a message in accordance with the ‘how we will contact winners’ Clause within the Silverstone General Competition Terms.
How to enter & cost of entry
Entry into the prize draw will take place automatically once the member completes the online game and competition entry is free of charge. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. There is no cash alternative. General terms and conditions apply.
Prize provider & Promoter
The promoter is Silverstone Circuits Limited. The prize is provided by BWT Alpine F1. All entry data will be captured and processed in line with our Privacy Policy and our General terms and conditions.
