Johann Zarco celebrates winning the 2025 MotoGP French Grand Prix

MotoGP Standings 2025: Latest Riders’ and Constructors’ Rankings, Schedule & Results

Round 6 of the MotoGP season served up a wet-weather thriller and a home hero victory in a memorable Grand Prix de France.

Marc Márquez took victory in the Sprint ahead of Álex for the sixth time this season, while on Sunday Marc claimed second and his brother crashed out chasing the leading group.

Marc's team-mate, Francesco Bagnaia crashed out of both the Sprint and the Grand Prix on Lap 1, marking a terrible weekend for the Italian.

Instead, it was an event that celebrated it's home favourites. Fabio Quatararo was on pole for both races, and compatriot Johann Zarco mastered the conditions to take a thoroughly deserved victory in front of a jubilant French crowd.

Heading to Silverstone, Álex sits less than a race win behind Marc in the points.
