Pure x McLaren Competition 2024
The following terms and conditions apply to those entered into the Pure x McLaren eScooter giveaway. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.
OPENING & CLOSING DATE AND TIME
Prize Draw opens for entries Friday 16 August 2024. Prize Draw closes for entries at 23:59 BST Friday 30 August 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be entered into this Prize Draw.
THE PRIZE
The winner will receive a Pure x McLaren Papaya electric scooter. The prize will be available and ready to dispatch to the winner in mid September.
All prizes are subject to availability. No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element to the equal value and/or specification. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
HOW TO ENTER
Entry into the prize draw will take place automatically when the customer enters their details in the Pure x McLaren giveaway entry form on the Silverstone website. Competition entry is free of charge. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to agree to these terms and conditions and the Silverstone General Competition Terms.
WINNER SELECTION & CONTACT
The winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries received. The winner will be sent a notification email to the email address supplied. Winners are required to reply by mail, to accept the prize within 7 days of the date on which the notification email was sent. The prize is time sensitive, and the winner will be contacted on or after the closing date by way of message sent in accordance with the Silverstone General Competition Terms.
DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The winner will be notified that they have won the prize by Silverstone and upon acceptance of the prize, the winners details will be passed to Pure for delivery of the prize. The prize will be available and ready to dispatch to the winner in mid September. Please allow up to 30 days for the delivery of the prize.
All entry data will be captured and processed in line with the Silverstone Circuits Ltd Privacy Policy.
