Silverstone Festival Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to those who complete the eBay survey and enter their details to be entered into the Silverstone Festival prize draw.
THE PRIZE
The winning prize will be two General Admission tickets for Silverstone Festival 23-25 August 2024.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER
The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older. Silverstone Circuits Ltd. employees and associates are excluded from the draw. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. There is a limit of one entry per person. To be entered into the competition, you must complete the eBay survey and enter your email address.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be chosen at random by Silverstone Circuits Ltd. and notified via the email address provided. Due to the time restrictions with the Prize, the winner will be selected on Thursday 31 July. Silverstone Circuits Ltd. will make one attempt to contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond to the email informing them of their win within 24 hours of the initial email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Silverstone Circuits Ltd. reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The winner will be notified about how they will collect their prize at the same time they are told they have won.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Travel & Accommodation is not included.
Silverstone Circuits Ltd. accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
All entry data will be captured and processed in line with the Silverstone Circuits Ltd Privacy Policy.
