2026 Porsche Sunstede Festival
Terms and Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS: IMPORTANT! THE TICKET FOR THE RELEVANT DAY MUST BE PRESENTED TO GAIN EVENT ENTRY. ENTRY WILL BE DENIED SHOULD A VALID TICKET NOT BE PRESENTED.

The purchase of a ticket/tickets by the purchaser ("Purchaser" or "Ticket Holder" or “you/your”) to gain entry to the Silverstone motor racing circuit and the Porsche Experience Centre (together, the “Venue”) for Porsche’s festival of car culture and community, titled ‘Porsche Sunstede’ (the “Event”) constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions pursuant to which Silverstone Circuits Limited (“SCL”) is prepared to grant entry to the Venue and the Event. The Event is hosted by SCL at the Venue and organised by Porsche Cars Great Britain Limited (the “Event Organiser”).

REFERENCES IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO A "TICKET HOLDER" SHALL, WHERE APPLICABLE, INCLUDE ANY CHILD ACCOMPANYING THAT TICKET HOLDER TO THE EVENT. ACCORDINGLY, ALL OBLIGATIONS IMPOSED ON A TICKET HOLDER UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING IN RELATION TO HEALTH AND SAFETY, CONDUCT AND COMPLIANCE WITH VENUE RULES, SHALL APPLY EQUALLY IN RESPECT OF ANY ACCOMPANYING CHILD, AND THE TICKET HOLDER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ANY ACCOMPANYING CHILD COMPLIES WITH ALL SUCH OBLIGATIONS.

TICKETS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF SCL AT ALL TIMES. BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN ALL TICKETS PURCHASED BY THE TICKET PURCHASER OR HELD BY A TICKET HOLDER BEING CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND, ENTRY TO THE VENUE BEING REFUSED AND/OR EJECTION FROM THE VENUE (IF ENTRY HAS ALREADY BEEN GRANTED); ANY SUCH ACTION SHALL BE AT SCL’S SOLE DISCRETION.

1. The price payable for each ticket shall be as set out on the website or as otherwise notified by SCL. All
prices are inclusive of VAT.

2. When the Purchaser clicks the ‘order now’ button (or equivalently marked button), the Purchaser is
offering to buy the tickets at the fee stated in accordance with Clause 1 which, if accepted by SCL, will
result in a binding contract. It is therefore important that the Purchaser reads and accepts these terms
and conditions before submitting their order.

3. The fee for each ticket is payable by the Purchaser to SCL.

4. With regards to each order of a ticket:
4.1 once the Purchaser has completed their order, they will be asked to confirm that it is correct.
If it is not, the Purchaser can amend or cancel the order before submitting it. It is the
Purchaser's responsibility to ensure the order is correct before submission. Payment will be
taken when the Purchaser clicks the ‘order now’ button (or equivalently marked button). This
does not indicate SCL’s acceptance of the Purchaser’s offer, and the Purchaser will be
refunded in the unlikely event that SCL refuses the offer;
4.2 SCL will send a confirmation email to the Purchaser on receipt of the order. This is not an
acceptance of the Purchaser’s order, but an acknowledgement that SCL has received the order
and that SCL is processing it; and
4.3 the contract between SCL and the Purchaser will be formed when SCL sends an email to the
Purchaser confirming that the order has been completed.

5. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that if SCL has not received payment for the ticket, SCL shall
have the right in its absolute sole discretion to cancel the booking and SCL will be free to sell these
tickets. Tickets shall not be issued until payment has been received in cleared funds by SCL.

6. Once purchased, the Purchaser is not entitled to cancel or change their ticket(s) because the rights of
cancellation under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
Regulations 2013 do not apply to this Agreement. However, the Purchaser has legal rights if SCL does
not comply with its obligations owed to them in these terms and conditions with reasonable care and
skill. Advice about the Purchaser’s legal rights is available from the local Citizens' Advice Bureau or
Trading Standards Office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.

7. The ticket is purchased for the Event only. For the avoidance of doubt, if another event is taking place
at the same time as the Event at a different area of the Venue, and you wish to attend both events, you
will require a separate ticket for the other event.

8. If the Event does not fully take place you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. SCL’s refund policy
can be found here. Subject to Clause 6 above, SCL will not issue refunds in any other circumstances.
You may, at time of purchase, choose to take out ‘missed event cover’ entitling you to repayment of
your purchase amount from our third-party partner in certain circumstances. Optional ticket protection
may be available at checkout via XCover. Claims must be made directly to XCover, and are subject to
their terms.

9. Tickets are not transferable to other events (including but not limited to events that may be happening
at the same time on the same day), and are strictly not to be offered for resale. For the avoidance of
doubt, no ticket for the Event shall be sold or offered for sale for any form of fee or reward or used in
promotions without the prior written consent of SCL first being obtained and without complying with
these terms and conditions in all respects. Tickets must only be used for personal or private use. No
ticket for the Event shall be used by any person for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes
including without limitation, prizes, competitions, contests or sweepstakes without the prior written
consent of SCL first being obtained. If a ticket is purchased from an unauthorised reseller, resold or
transferred for profit or for commercial benefit or gain (including as part of a promotion or prize) or as
part of any hospitality package or similar arrangement by anyone without SCL’s authority it will become
void and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the Event and/or the Venue. The Ticket
Holder will not be entitled to any refund and no compensation will be offered for a voided ticket. Ticket
Holders agree to fully compensate SCL, and each of their affiliates, for all costs and expenses (including
reasonable legal expenses) incurred as a direct result of all and any claims howsoever arising from any
third parties as a result of the contravention of this condition.

10. Tickets will be issued electronically via a digital app (as “Mobile Tickets”) with a secure barcode bespoke
for each ticket. Please ensure each individual seeking to enter the Venue has suitable access to the app
before attempting to enter the Venue. The link to the Digital Ticket User Guide can be found here:
https://www.silverstone.co.uk/digital-tickets-user-guide. Tickets should only be purchased through
SCL or an official ticket agency. Any attempt to present any other ticket will lead to refusal of admission
and possible prosecution. Unauthorised vendors will be prosecuted.

11. Junior tickets are for children aged 12 to 16 years at the time of the Event (“Junior Ticket”). SCL reserves
the right to require photographic evidence of proof of age.

12. Child tickets are for children under the age of 12 at the time of the Event and are free of charge (“Child
Ticket”). SCL reserves the right to require evidence of proof of age.

13. In order to purchase a ticket from us, you must be 17 years of age at the time of purchase, and of legal
capacity to enter into a binding contract. For the avoidance of doubt:
13.1 a person aged 17 or over at the time of purchase may purchase a ticket for themselves and
others aged 17 or over; and
13.2 a person aged 17 or over may purchase a Junior Ticket (for children aged 12 to 16 years at the
time of the Event) or a Child Ticket (for children under the age of 12 at the time of the Event).

14. Children using a Junior Ticket or a Child Ticket must be accompanied, and supervised at all times, by a
Ticket Holder. Each Ticket Holder may bring up to a maximum of four children (including, for the
avoidance of doubt, those aged 12 and under at the time of the Event). Each Junior Ticket or Child Ticket
must have the identical status to that of the Ticket Holder.

15. SCL and the Event Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the
Venue who do not comply with the Venue rules, these terms and conditions, the Events code of conduct
“Code of Conduct” available here, or who represents a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the
staging of the Event or who have in their possession prohibited items, which shall include but not be
limited to:

the purpose of locking on.
(xx) Electric Scooters - it is illegal to use a privately owned scooter in public areas. During public
events, the Silverstone venue is deemed a public area and therefore these are not
permitted.

16. SCL further reserves the right to conduct security searches of persons and their belongings (including
their vehicles, if applicable) to ensure the safety of persons at the Event. Pass-outs and re-admissions
to the Venue shall be granted at SCL’s discretion. Re-admission shall only be possible if Mobile Ticket

17. SCL reserves the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions from time to time. A full
copy of the latest version of the terms and conditions (as amended, if appropriate) will be available at
www.silverstone.co.uk. SCL shall notify you of such changes via email to the email address you provided
when purchasing your tickets if they materially affect your rights as a consumer.

21. Ticket Holders must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual
footage or audio-visual footage (“Recording”), or store, record or transmit any information or other
data, including official timing, results, performance, telemetry, weather or race control data (“Data”)
of, at or in relation to the Event. It is forbidden to take into the Venue any equipment that may enable

- ANY TICKET HOLDER PROPERTY DUE TO ANY INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH MOTOR RACING
EVENTS.

26. IF WE FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR
DAMAGE YOU SUFFER THAT IS A FORESEEABLE RESULT OF OUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OR OUR NEGLIGENCE, BUT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT
IS NOT FORESEEABLE. LOSS OR DAMAGE IS FORESEEABLE IF IT WAS AN OBVIOUS CONSEQUENCE OF
OUR BREACH OR IF IT WAS CONTEMPLATED BY YOU AND US AT THE TIME THAT YOU ENTERED INTO
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

27. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SEEKS TO EXCLUDE OR LIMIT THE LIABILITY OF ANY PARTY

freestanding banked viewing areas with caution using steps/path as appropriate.

32. SCL reserves the right to impose and/or update such health restrictions, warnings or guidance at any
time as a condition of admittance to, and/or in relation to behaviour at, the Venue as SCL considers

33. SCL may also implement and operate any health check system which it considers appropriate (such as
a temperature check) before entry to the Venue is permitted. This will be done in line with SCL’s Privacy
Policy available: https://www.silverstone.co.uk/privacy-policy.

34. Admittance to the Venue is subject to adherence to the rules and regulations of the Venue including all
health restrictions imposed and it is the responsibility of all visitors to ensure they are able to comply
with such rules and regulations. Any breach of the rules and regulations may result in SCL refusing
admission to the Venue or ejecting the Ticket Holder(s) from the Venue without refund or
compensation. For the avoidance of doubt this includes expectations set out in the Code of Conduct

any restricted or prohibited area of the Venue unless expressly permitted to do so. Ticket Holders
acknowledge that certain areas of the Venue are specifically prohibited for children, and that the
restrictions set out in these terms and conditions regarding children's access to restricted areas apply
at all times throughout the Event. Entry to restricted areas is strictly prohibited and may constitute a
criminal offence. Silverstone Circuits Ltd work closely with authorities to support the prosecution of
criminal offences committee at its venue. SCL and the Event Organiser reserve the right to remove from

risk. Ticket Holders are responsible for their own health and safety and must not solely rely on the
measures put in place by SCL.

40. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties shall submit non-
exclusively to the Courts of England.

41. Nothing in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.

42. Please keep your ticket safe as a duplicate ticket will not be issued if it is lost or stolen and a defaced or
illegible ticket may become invalidated. SCL will not be liable for any lost or stolen tickets, and are not
obliged to re-issue such lost or stolen tickets.

43. We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent
to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. The SCL Privacy Policy is
available here. SCL work with a number of external organisations (including but not limited to the Police
and emergency services) to ensure the safe and secure operation of the Event at the Venue. Pursuant
to this, in addition to the personal data SCL collect from you (as more particularly set out in the SCL
Privacy Policy), some of the external organisations may collect personal data of Ticket Holders through
different means which, in relation to the Police, may include through the use of body worn cameras or
live facial recognition software. Each external organisation will process personal data in accordance
with their own privacy policy and any other information they provide as part of collecting any such data.

44. The information you provide to us when purchasing an Event ticket will be shared with the Event
Organiser, who will operate as a separate and independent data controller. The Event Organiser will
use your personal data for a range of purposes, including to operate the Event, fulfil your orders and
other requests, provide you with further Event information and joining details and, where you have
agreed, send you information about its products and services. Further information about how the Event

complying with its own obligations under applicable data protection laws. You can exercise your data
protection rights (including rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection or restriction) directly with
SCL and the Event Organiser, in accordance with our respective privacy notice.
