SRC Enclosure Ballot 2025 - Terms and Conditions

WHO CAN ENTER

Ballot is open to Silverstone Racing Club 24/25 Grid Members only for the SRC Enclosure Ballot. 

Ballot opens to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

OPENING/CLOSING DATE & TIME

Ballot will open 30^th May 2025 and will close Friday 6^th June 2025, 12pm

WINNING

There are sixty (60) pairs of tickets available to enter the SRC Enclosure at the F1 British Grand Prix, open on Friday 4^th, Saturday 5^th, and Sunday 6^th of July 2025.

Twenty (20) pairs of tickets will be allocated per day for entry into the SRC Enclosure. No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner, and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 

Winners will be allocated a day for entry to the SRC Enclosure. When entering the ballot, members will be asked which day they would prefer, however this day is not guaranteed. Members will also receive one guest pass for the day, which is only transferable once.

Entry to the SRC Enclosure will only be granted for the F1 British Grand Prix on the date specified. This ticket does not gain you access to the British Grand Prix 2025; the member will need to have a valid entry ticket for the British Grand Prix to gain access to the circuit. 

WINNER SELECTION & CONTACT

The draw will take place within 72 hours after the closing date for all entries. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The prize is time sensitive, and the winner will be contacted on or after the close date and will be sent a message in accordance with the ‘how we will contact winners’ Clause Silverstone General Competition Terms.

HOW TO ENTER & COST OF ENTRY

Entry into the ballot will take place once the members has entered all the details required into the entry form. Entry to the ballot is free of charge. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. There is no cash alternative. General terms and conditions apply.
