2024 MotoGP calendar announced
27 September 2023MotoGP has revealed the official 2024 MotoGP calendar, which is set to be a record-breaking season that is sure to deliver the high-stakes entertainment that we’ve come to expect from the two-wheeled series.
The bumper schedule sees MotoGP riders compete in 22 races across four continents, visiting all-new regions along the way. The championship kicks off with the season opener in Qatar and culminates with the traditional Valencia finale in November.

Kazakhstan GP back on the 2024 MotoGP calendarDue to ongoing homologation works, accompanied by global operational challenges, the 2023 Kazakhstan Grand Prix was cancelled to the dismay of many MotoGP fans worldwide. The 2024 season though, will see the race return to finally have its inaugural event at the Sokol International Racetrack on Sunday, 16 June.
Qatar GP returns as season-opener After a year off from being the MotoGP season-opener – a title it has held since 2007 – owing to remodelling work at the Losail International Circuit, the Qatar GP will once again host the first event on the calendar with its iconic night race on Sunday, 10 March.
Aragon moves slotsMotorLand Aragón is back on the 2024 MotoGP calendar, but at a slightly earlier slot than in previous years. This season Aragón will be held on Sunday, 1 September as opposed to the 2022 slot of 18 September.
The MotoGP British Grand Prix at Silverstone on 4 August Retaining its early August slot from 2023, where we saw an epic last lap duel for the win, the MotoGP British Grand Prix at Silverstone is back for more in 2024. On the 2024 MotoGP Calendar, Silverstone will host the British round on Sunday, 4 August.
