Silverstone to Turn Up The Volume With Becky Hill Set to Perform National Anthem at the 2025 Formula 1 British Grand Prix

Legendary DJ Fatboy Slim also announced to play on the grid

Silverstone is turning the Formula 1 Qatar Airways 2025 British Grand Prix into an unforgettable celebration of British talent, with two powerhouse performers set to electrify fans before the lights go out on race day. On Sunday 6th July, BRIT Award-winning vocalist and dance music sensation Becky Hill will take centre stage for a stirring live performance of the national anthem, bringing her signature power and emotion to a moment of pure sporting pride.

In a thrilling new addition to race day, pioneering British DJ and electronic music legend Fatboy Slim will deliver an exclusive high-energy DJ set before the race begins. Known for his genre-defining beats and iconic festival sets, Fatboy Slim will set the pace with a spectacle that promises to be as heart-pounding as the action on the track.

The announcement follows news that both artists will also headline Silverstone’s epic Formula 1 British Grand Prix eBay main stage line-up alongside Sam Fender and RAYE, with Fatboy Slim leading the charge on Saturday night and Becky Hill closing the festival on Sunday after the Grand Prix.

Becky Hill is a British singer-songwriter renowned for her powerful vocals and dynamic presence in the dance-pop and electronic music scenes. Hill has evolved into a leading figure in the UK music industry, celebrated for her distinctive voice and genre-blending artistry.

Fatboy Slim is a British musician, DJ, and record producer who has significantly influenced the global music scene. His innovative approach to music production has influenced countless artists and reshaped the landscape of electronic music

Speaking on the chance to perform the National Anthem at Silverstone, Becky said: “It’s an absolute honour to have the chance to perform the national anthem at Silverstone. As a British artist, it will be such a privilege to stand before the home crowd. I was here back in 2021 and this year I'm coming back with a lot more F1 knowledge. I'm so excited, and I feel very proud to be a part of it all.”

Speaking about performing on the Grid, Fatboy Slim said “I am honoured beyond belief to be playing on the grid. One of those bucket list events you didn’t even dream to put on your bucket list. The adrenaline will be off the scale for me, possibly matched only by the drivers.”

Following a record-breaking attendance of 480,000 fans in 2024, Silverstone is set to elevate the experience even further this summer. With an eclectic mix of British musical talent, the event promises an unforgettable four days of entertainment - cementing its place as a major fixture on both the sporting and music calendars.

Quintet indie rock band Blossoms will perform at Thursday’s Opening Concert, before Sam Fender’s headline set. Friday will see former Little Mix star JADE bring her unique blend of pop and R&B influences to the main stage before RAYE’s first UK outdoor show of 2025. On Saturday, Swedish-English singer Mabel will perform a catalogue of hits before Fatboy Slim headlines with his genre-defining beats. On Sunday, award winning actor and musician Idris will take the stage before Brit Award-winning singer-songwriter, and dance music powerhouse, Becky Hill closes the show on the main stage.

Mike Skinner, Sub Focus, Eats Everything and DJ Luck & MC Neat have been confirmed as this year's T1 Afterparty headliners.

Also new for this year, eBay will be a sponsor on the main stage that will host the incredible line-up of music acts across the four days. The iconic Beckett’s corner will be the home to the eBay Garage, where they will host fun and interactive automotive-themed activities.
