THIRD PARTY SELLERS
Following recent reports about an increase in ticket fraud at major events, we ask fans to be extra vigilant when purchasing tickets for the British Grand Prix MotoGP. Silverstone does not work with ticket resellers and fans should only purchase directly from the circuit or from official coach operators.
ACCESSIBILITY
We welcome all motorsport fans to indulge in their passion. We do this by working hard to make sure that every facility and service is easy to access – for everyone. Read how.
JUNIOR FANS
Please be mindful that child tickets can only be used when the child is accompanied by an adult.
SECURITY AT THE GATES
We have enhanced security measures in place, so expect to be searched upon entering the venue.
BAG RESTRICTIONS
You are limited to one rucksack per person with a maximum capacity of 20 litres (approximately A4 size bag).
- Alcohol
- Glass bottles and glass containers
- BBQs
- Restricted and illegal substances
- Offensive weapons, items that are deemed dangerous, offensive or unsuitable
- Drones or remote-controlled aircraft
- Step ladders or any similar item which may obstruct another attendees' view
- Lasers, fireworks / pyrotechnics
- Any items which might be subject to ambush marketing
- Smoke canisters
- Tents and shelters
- Four-wheeled carry carts (doesn't include those used to carry children, but must be empty at the gate)
- Powered scooters (expect disability scooters) / hover boards / electric cycles
- Sun parasols
- Animals (excluding pre-arranged Assistance Dogs)
- Any item, which in the opinion of Silverstone Circuits Ltd, may be used for the purpose of protest within the venue, including, but not limited to, flags, clothing, or any other item for the purpose of locking on
- Ticket Holders shall not be permitted to enter the Venue in any fancy dress or clothing that in the opinion of SCL is not appropriate for the Event or to be worn or taken into the Venue.
- Electric Scooters - it is illegal to use a privately owned electric scooter in public areas. During public events, the Silverstone venue is deemed a public area and therefore these are not permitted.
- Bicycles and EAPC e-bikes will only be permitted for use on the Silverstone internal roads if they fall under the UK Government's electric bike rules. Riders of electric bikes within the Venue must adhere to the Road Traffic Act at all times. Riding on pathways and/or any designated pedestrian areas is prohibited at all times.
