Accessibility Matters

We welcome all motorsport fans to indulge in their passion. Ensuring a memorable visit, regardless of disability. We do this by working hard to make sure that every facility and service is easy to access — for everyone. Every staff member has received Disability Awareness training so if you need anything when you arrive at Silverstone for the day, please contact any member of our team or ask for the Duty Manager who will make every effort to assist you.

THE CIRCUIT
AND GROUND CONDITIONS

Silverstone is spread over 600 acres some of which are fields and grassed areas. There are some hard-standing and tarmac areas together with stone paths. The weather, too, can have an enormous impact on how easy it’ll be for you to move around the site. Please consider this when deciding what equipment to bring with you.

STEWARDING FOR FANS
WITH A DISABILITY

For our large events we have a dedicated body of stewards and racemakers with the responsibility of offering assistance to fans with a disability at appropriate locations around the circuit.

FIRST AID
AND MEDICAL ASSITANCE

For all events qualified staff and medical facilities are on site. Just let us know in advance if you have any special medical requirements or concerns. This will allow us to make arrangements to ensure we give you the level of medical care you need.

ASSISTANCE DOGS

All registered assistance dogs are welcome. Please email [email protected] to make the necessary arrangements before arriving at the circuit.

TOILET FACILITIES

All of our accessible toilets are fitted with radar locks to prevent access to anyone not registered with the national scheme. Buy your key from participating local authorities and the Disability Rights UK shop
