Tour Experience Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to those entered into the Silverstone Festival x Hawkstone Brewery Tour experience prize draw. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.
OPENING & CLOSING DATE AND TIME
The Prize Draw opens for entries at 09:00 on Friday 23 May 2025. Prize Draw closes for entries at 23:59 BST Friday 6 June 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be entered into this Prize Draw.
THE PRIZE
The winner will receive a tour of Hawkstone Brewery for up to four people on a mutually agreed date and subject to availability. Tour terms and conditions will additionally apply: https://hawkstone.com/pages/brewery-tour-terms-and-conditions
No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element to the equal value and/or specification. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Travel to and from the Brewery must be organised by the winner. The location of Hawkstone Brewery is at: College Farm, Stow Road Bourton-on-the-Water Gloucestershire GL54 2HN.
HOW TO ENTER
Entry into the Prize Draw will take place automatically when the customer enters their details in the Hawkstone Brewery Tour experience entry form on the Silverstone website. Competition entry is free of charge. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to agree to these terms and conditions and the Silverstone General Competition Terms.
WINNER SELECTION & CONTACT
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The prize is time sensitive, and (in accordance with the Silverstone general Competition Terms) the winner will be contacted on or after the closing date by way of a notification email sent to the email address supplied. Winners are required to reply by email, to accept the prize within seven (7) days of the date on which the notification email was sent.
FULFILMENT OF THE PRIZE
The winner will be notified that they have won the prize by Silverstone and upon acceptance of the prize, the winner’s details will be passed to Hawkstone Brewery for fulfilment of the prize.
All entry data will be captured and processed in line with the Silverstone Circuits Ltd Privacy Policy.
