THE SILVERSTONE CLASSIC WEEKEND

Come to Silverstone for some Rocking and Racing at the Silverstone Classic in July. The cars are the stars at the Classic on track and across the massive club displays too, but there’s also flat out fun for the whole family.

The packed weekend of the Classic (26-28 July) provides spectacular historic motor racing, free access to the paddocks and grandstands, displays from over 100 car clubs featuring more than 10,000 classic cars over the weekend, plus interactive driving activities and dynamic demonstrations. There’s plenty of entertainment to enjoy too, including live music on Friday and Saturday evenings, vintage funfair rides, air displays, a Shopping Village… all included in the ticket price. It’s an event for the whole family.

There’s so much going on with qualifying for all grids on Friday followed by racing for the silverware on Saturday and Sunday and so much off-track activity to enjoy too. One day isn’t enough.

Race Details

What racing can I expect to see?

The world’s biggest classic motor racing festival features the cream of historic racing action from Formula One, Sports Cars, GT and Touring Car grids. With over 20 races and demonstrations, and over 1,000 race entries, this is more racing action than you will see anywhere else in the world in one weekend!

Each year, Friday sees a full day of qualifying from every grid, whilst Saturday and Sunday host a packed schedule of races each day. More details on the racing grids are available here.

Hospitality

Enjoy an upgraded experience with your friends and family, build relationships with your clients, reward your staff. Whatever the reason, we’ve got some great hospitality opportunities for you to enjoy at the Classic so give yourself a treat. The packages include:

Parc Fermé – you will be treated to a prime viewing spot by the start/finish line and pit lane in Silverstone Wing while enjoying breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea together with unlimited wines, beers and soft drinks. Clubhouse – situated very close to the National pits and paddock with excellent views of the circuit’s Luffield Complex and trackside hospitality, Clubhouse offers access to ‘Club Lounge’ style facilities. Prices include general admission tickets to the event. More info here.

Getting Here

  • Getting to Silverstone

    The Silverstone Classic takes place at our iconic Grand Prix track which is centrally located in the picturesque Northamptonshire countryside next to Silverstone village.

    • From the M1, leave at junction 15A and take the A43 south, following the signposts to Silverstone.
    • From M40 leave at junction 10 and take the A43 north, following signposts to Silverstone.

    On leaving the A43 signposted to Silverstone, follow event signage for public parking or other access

    Public parking is FREE for this event.
