JOB PURPOSE 

The Escapade Styling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and liaising with stylists to ensure a clean, safe, comfortable environment for our guests. This role involves supporting the Styling Supervisor in ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction within the parameters of a luxury resort environment. The Styling Coordinator entrusts with the responsibility of upholding the brand's standards to ensure the best guest experience. This entails fulfilling customer requirements, fostering employee contentment and maintaining positive relationships within the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest experience and living through:

  •  Administration: liaise with Styling Supervisors and the entire hotel team to support on admin including stock take, checking consumables, ordering in anything needed to ensure housekeeping standards are high. 
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces in assigned areas. Empty rubbish bins and transport waste to disposal areas. 
  • Linen and Laundry: Change bed linens, towels, and other linens as needed. Collect, sort, and launder linens and towels. 
  • Restocking: Ensure that guest/room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities are adequately stocked. 
  • Room Setup: Assist in setting up guest rooms, meeting rooms, or other designated areas according to established standards.
  • Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department or supervisor. 
  • Lost and Found: Collect and report any lost items to the Lost and Found department. 
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful service to guests/clients when necessary, addressing their requests and inquiries promptly and professionally. 
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow all safety and cleaning procedures, as well as company policies and guidelines. 
  • Sustainability: To promote, implant and act with the sustainability initiatives as directed by Escapade Silverstone

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or any other lifestyle/ distinctive brand is desirable but not required

  • A strong, yet positive guest service style

  • Organized and ability to work within the team or on their own 

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • A good command of the English language is desired. Additional languages are advantageous

  • Maintains impeccable personal grooming standards while radiating an aura of elegance and refinement

  • Full clean UK driving licence is desirable
