JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented stylist (housekeeper) to join our high-end hotel team. As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness and service that our guests expect. The Stylist will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to ensuring that every guest enjoys a pristine and comfortable environment during their stay.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest experience and living through:
- Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and suites, ensuring all areas are impeccably maintained and presented. Change linens, make beds, and replace amenities to meet the hotel's high standards. Pay special attention to details such as room décor, lighting, and overall ambiance.
- Quality Control and Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards. Report any maintenance issues or required repairs promptly to the maintenance team. Address and rectify any guest concerns or requests related to styling services.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens in an organized and efficient manner. Keep accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the Styling Supervisor.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests. Collaborate with the laundry and maintenance teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Follow established health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Adhere to proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and materials.
- Sustainability: To promote, implant and act with the sustainability initiatives as directed by Escapade Silverstone

Our Housekeeping team convey the Escapade Silverstone experience. You will be part of a team that shares common interests with our owners and guests, and we aren’t afraid to pursue our passions. When guests stay with us, we want them to be able to focus on what they enjoy – and our housekeeping team must ensure each guest’s stay is as effortless as possible.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or any other lifestyle/ distinctive brand is desirable but not required.
- A strong, yet positive guest service style
- Organized and ability to work within the team or on their own
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A good command of the English language is desired. Additional languages are advantageous
- Maintains impeccable personal grooming standards while radiating an aura of elegance and refinement
- Full clean UK driving licence is desirable
