Drive Silverstone Re-booking Process

If you have already completed a re-booking form, but received a re-booking SMS from us, please disregard the message. Our team are working hard to process all re-booking requests and will be in touch regarding your booking soon.

Great News! We’re excited to confirm that we’re back on track with our incredible Drive Silverstone experiences. Please view the steps below to re-book your Drive Silverstone experience. We’re asking all customers to select their two preferred dates. We will endeavour to book you onto your first option, but where capacity does not enable this we’ll book you for your second date choice. Once you have completed your re-booking form your response will be received by our Drive Silverstone Team who will handle your request. Your time slot may change to accommodate your preferred dates, you will receive confirmation of your new date and time slot within two weeks

Please note you will need to check the provider of your voucher. This can normally be found on the voucher itself, or your purchase emails. If the voucher is a Silverstone voucher, this will be clearly displayed with the Silverstone logo. If your voucher is provided by Virgin Experience Days you will find details of your re-booking process below.

Original voucher provider – Silverstone, Red Letter Days or Buy A Gift

Please note you will need your Silverstone booking reference in order to complete the re-booking forms. This is ordinarily a 7 digit code beginning with ‘Z’.

Once you have your booking reference to hand please find your Drive Experience below and click on the re-booking link to view and select from available dates.

In order to re-book your experience you will need to check that your voucher is still valid. If your voucher has expired you will need to extend this prior to completing your re-booking form. You can extend your voucher for free here: https://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/myvoucher

Please note you will need the following information in order to complete the re-booking form.

  • Silverstone Booking Reference – This is ordinarily a 7 digit code beginning with ‘Z’
  • Virgin Experience Days Voucher Serial Number
  • Virgin Experience Days Voucher Pin
